The Pote Law Firm focuses exclusively on providing transactional legal services for small businesses. In assisting these clients, PLF works towards building long-term relationships and developing prosperous businesses.
As a small business owner, Jeff understands the challenges that businesses face and PLF was established in order to help provide greater access to legal services so that others can form and operate successful businesses.
Jeff beliefs that all individuals deserve access to legal services and, for this reason, the PLF accepts alternative fee arrangements and will work closely with clients to find payment solutions that fit within the budgets of even young businesses. This is just one of the important ways that the PLF provides personally tailored legal solutions to Denver's small business community.
Before starting his own firm, Jeff was a fellow with the nonprofit, public interest law firm, the Equal Justice Center, where he gained considerable experience and familiarity with employment law issues as well as life in a small firm setting.
Jeff's background includes significant experience with economics and philosophy, as well as teaching and information technology work. This multi-disciplinary background informs not only the management of his own practice but also the legal services provided to other small businesses.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys baseball, college basketball, and hiking as well as travel and road trips - especially with his wife, Michelle, who is also an attorney. Recently, he rescued a gray tabby kitten - who has since become a new and unexpected source of boundless joy.Colorado Bar Association: Licensed Lawyer Profile
